My passion for BIM development is driven by optimization and efficiency. I love developing families and templates that is easy for users but also produces quantitative and qualitative results.
Here are some examples of how I've developed families to utilize Revit's parametric capabilities and creates a customizable user-experience.
Graphic Wall Panels
What is it?
Graphic Wall Panels are used to display posters and promotional materials behind checkout counters. Quantity of panels are driven by tags provided by owners.
What does this family do?
This panel allows users to input a variable tag provided by client to automatically change the amount of panels to display.

Cashwrap
What is it?
Cashwraps are used for customer checkout. Quantities of both counters and registers will vary depending on store locations.
What does this family do?
This cashwrap automatically quantifies the amount of counters and registers required for each store. The family also allows for an additional accessible height countertop added to the final count.
